Shipping Policy
We ship within the borders of South Africa using Courierguy or other trusted courier service providers. When your order has shipped, you will receive a final invoice and the Tracking Information will be noted on your invoice.
All orders below R1500 total will incur a flat rate shipping fee of R160.
Orders with a value of R1500 or more will be shipped for free. (Does not apply to Wholesale customers)
Most products will be shipped using Express / Overnight service and will be delivered in 1 – 2 days nationwide. Bulky items can take as long as 5 working days to be delivered. Delivery to outlying areas can take longer than to city centres.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges on clothing will only be accepted if the item is unused and with the original tags attached, as well as in original packaging. If you want to exchange the item for a different size, let us know what size you need when logging the return. We will replace the returned item with the correct size if we have it in stock. If we do not have it in stock, you can request a refund in store credit or EFT.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
The warranty is for a period of 2 years from original date of purchase. The warranty covers component and material failures and manufacturing defects, but does not cover problems caused by incorrect installation or incorrect use. To initiate a warranty return, contact us at hello@primebunch.co.za.
You will need to ship your item to us at your cost, and if your warranty is approved we will send the replacement product back to you at our cost.
We have the right to repair or replace the product as we see fit after inspection.
