BagBox aims to provide highly functional and lightweight bicycle gear. We use the highest quality materials we could find, and all our products are manufactured locally in our workshop in Menlo Park by highly skilled operators.

Our designs are tested on the professional mountain bike racing circuit as well as bikepacking and camping trips, and refined until they meet our standards.

Most of our products can be custom printed with your event or company logo or any design you like.

ECOPAK™ is the world’s only durable and waterproof fabric made from 100% recycled polyester fiber and film. Each yard upcycles about 20 plastic water bottles into durable technical textiles.

Based on 35 years of weaving, coating and laminating experience, Challenge Sailcloth’s ECOPAK™ fabric lasts longer, absorbs 80% less moisture, and has better UV resistance and color retention than traditional laminated nylon. Just like our sailcloth that has been tested around the world, ECOPAK™ performs in the harshest conditions.

Military webbing: Manufactured from the highest quality materials. These lines share a number of key qualities, along with category-specific characteristics, in order to meet the exacting specifications and demands of a range of military applications. These include water resistance as well as resistance to mould, rotting and certain chemical contaminants.
